You will work closely with our finance department to ensure accurate data entry, timely invoicing, and seamless office administration. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounting entries and ensure all financial records are updated accurately.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment verification.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation.
  • Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office document management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to process orders and track delivery statuses.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical accounting records.
  • Assist the finance team in ad-hoc projects and general operations as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive attitude with strong time-management and organizational skills.
