Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing.
  • Support the UK project team with administrative documentation and compliance reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for project contracts, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track project expenses against budgets.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in payroll processing as required.
  • Handle general office correspondence and administrative inquiries for the construction team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professional proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with international teams in different time zones.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry or supporting UK-based clients is a distinct advantage.
