As our Accounts and Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of our financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our full set of accounts, ensuring all financial records are meticulously maintained, reconciled, and compliant with statutory requirements. Beyond finance, your administrative prowess will be essential in supporting our daily office functions and sales operations (non-payroll related), contributing to a smooth and productive workflow across the organization. This diverse role also includes handling crucial banking, audit, and tax-related matters, ensuring all external financial engagements are managed effectively. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the full set of company accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle daily office administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, record-keeping, and general office upkeep.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with documentation, reports, and coordination (excluding payroll).
  • Liaise with banks for daily transactions, statement reconciliations, and other banking-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available.
  • Manage and submit tax-related documentation and filings, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash and expense claims, ensuring proper authorization and record-keeping.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Accounts and Admin role.
  • Solid understanding and experience in handling a full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, AutoCount) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements is highly advantageous.
