Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for all financial and administrative records.
- Support office operations by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling office supplies.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory contribution filings.
- Generate periodic financial reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure administrative workflows are followed and optimized.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or MYOB) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
