This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual to take ownership of our daily accounting workflows.

As our Accounts and Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial health by managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with precision. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, comfortable working with accounting software, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment. If you thrive on accuracy and have a solid foundation in SQL-based accounting systems, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including tracking customer payments and reconciling bank statements.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for all financial documentation and audit trails.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any payment discrepancies or billing inquiries.
  • Assist the finance team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, with specific experience in SQL-based systems highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles (AP/AR).
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Malay.
