Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee tax compliance, audits, and statutory reporting requirements
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and internal procedures
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and cost optimization
- Lead accounts team performance and professional development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional qualification ACCA/ACCA/MICPA preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management
- Strong expertise in Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in team leadership and process improvement
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Financial Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification advantageous
