Join our finance team as an Accounts and Finance Officer in Cyberjaya, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of FORA entities. This detail-oriented position requires meticulous attention to financial records and processes. You'll manage comprehensive bookkeeping systems, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, to support strategic decision-making. Handle end-to-end invoicing processes, from generation to follow-up, while maintaining strong client relationships. Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring timely payments and cash flow optimization. Provide critical support in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and timely employee compensation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and improve operational efficiency. - Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for FORA entities using accounting software
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Generate monthly financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)
- Handle end-to-end invoicing processes and client payment follow-ups
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance activities
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
