Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including data entry and invoice verification.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly aging reports to monitor payment status and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor the end-to-end payment lifecycle to ensure all financial obligations are met on schedule.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes effectively.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (LCCI/ACCA/CAT).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or UBS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data with accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
