Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments
- Perform general administrative duties, such as maintaining filing systems and managing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements and process payments
- Handle payroll processing and related documentation
- Support the accounts manager with month-end closing procedures
- Liaise with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably with exposure to AR
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
