You will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring that records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the finance team to support month-end close processes and prepare essential financial reports. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Update and maintain the general ledger system and fixed asset registers.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support the month-end closing process.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding invoices and payments.
  • Assist with year-end audit preparations and statutory filings.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Pastel, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
