You will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring that records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the finance team to support month-end close processes and prepare essential financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Update and maintain the general ledger system and fixed asset registers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support the month-end closing process.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist with year-end audit preparations and statutory filings.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Pastel, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
