Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and maintenance of the general ledger.
  • Perform timely accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice verification and payment reconciliation.
  • Support month-end closing activities and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical financial records in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management review and audit purposes.
  • Assist with expense claim processing and petty cash management.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and reporting accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., LCCI or CAT).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounts support role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet monthly deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
