Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries, and inter-company transactions.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Process vendor invoices, staff expense claims, and payments in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, audit schedules, and tax filings (GST).
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
- Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
