Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders accurately.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain and organize systematic physical and digital filing for all financial documentation and correspondence.
- Support the senior accounting team in year-end audit preparations and tax compliance tasks.
- Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any payment or billing discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., LCCI).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or SAP.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- A strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and Malaysian accounting standards.
