Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily accounting data entry into the company's financial system.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are processed and tracked timely.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify matching ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and administrative reports.
  • Maintain proper and organized physical and digital filing of financial records.
  • Support the senior finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Strong mathematical, numerical, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Familiarity with standard accounting software and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
