Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations on a regular basis
  • Update financial documentation and ensure proper filing systems
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Assist with payroll processing when required
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
