Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
- Support month-end closing activities and audit documentation preparation.
- Maintain and update financial databases and filing systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and billing.
- Assist in the preparation of GST/SST filings and other statutory submissions where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or Microsoft Excel).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high integrity.
