Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of daily accounting entries and financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and timely.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
  • Support month-end closing activities and audit documentation preparation.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and billing.
  • Assist in the preparation of GST/SST filings and other statutory submissions where applicable.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high integrity.
