In this role, you will be a key contributor to our financial health, working closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure the seamless execution of daily accounting operations. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for accuracy. You will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts, maintaining financial records, and providing data-driven support to management. This position offers an excellent platform for career advancement within our organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of full sets of accounts for the company.
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements for management review.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Assist the Senior Operations Manager with year-end audits and tax compliance preparations.
  • Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and records.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
