In this role, you will be a key contributor to our financial health, working closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure the seamless execution of daily accounting operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of full sets of accounts for the company.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements for management review.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Assist the Senior Operations Manager with year-end audits and tax compliance preparations.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
