Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of all transactions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries
- Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary documentation to auditors
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and generate reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
