Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are accurate and paid on time.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support the finance manager with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documentation and statutory filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
