Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, with a strong focus on e-Invoicing compliance.
- Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and supplier/customer statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, providing data for analysis and decision-making.
- Handle general administrative duties related to the finance department, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., suppliers, customers) regarding accounting inquiries and discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar accounting support role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, SAP Business One, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with e-Invoicing processes and requirements is a significant advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
