Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely vendor payments
- Maintain accurate digital and physical accounting records
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with formula expertise
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Singapore GST and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
