Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and supporting invoices.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding billing queries and payment status.
- Support year-end audit preparations and tax document compilation.
- Monitor and track expenses against budgets to assist in cost management.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Able to work independently and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
