Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices and expense reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
