Are you an aspiring accounting professional looking to make your mark in a leading healthcare organization? Thomson Medical is currently undergoing an exciting transformation, integrating new systems, processes, and innovative ways of working to improve our service delivery. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Accounts Executive to join our finance team on a 6-month contract basis.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our finance operations, supporting the team through a period of organizational change. You will gain exposure to industry-standard accounting practices and contribute directly to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is accurately entered into the accounting system.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and schedules.
- Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new financial systems and upgraded processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies or billing inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, receivable, or general ledger functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with major accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to ensure high data accuracy.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and changing work processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Available to commit for the full 6-month contract duration.
