Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
  • Manage accounts payable ledger entries and reconcile vendor statements monthly
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Process employee expense claims and reimbursements in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial documents
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities as required
  • Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and process improvements

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Basic understanding of Singapore financial regulations and GST
