Join our dedicated finance team at Koo Chye Ba Sheng Hong Temple San Qing Gong as an Accounts Assistant (AR/AP) and play a pivotal role in maintaining our organization's financial integrity. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage critical accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring seamless financial operations. As a key member of our finance department, you'll handle end-to-end accounting processes including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable: process incoming payments, apply cash receipts, and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Handle accounts payable: process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely disbursements
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany transactions monthly
- Prepare and post journal entries for various financial transactions
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on AR/AP experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST requirements
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling financial data
