Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Monitor and process petty cash, expense claims, and supplier invoices.
  • Support the team during annual audits and tax compliance filing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial documentation and invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Malaysian financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
