Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain financial integrity.
- Support the general ledger by preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures in compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and MS Excel.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal (essential for communication with Australian stakeholders).
- Must be willing to work in a remote setting with strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Philippine and Australian tax regulations is a plus.
