Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate billing invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Process and verify incoming invoices, payment advices, and receipts
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers
- Maintain and update billing records, customer accounts, and AR/AP databases
- Assist with month-end closing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
- Respond to internal and external billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support the team with ad-hoc accounting tasks and audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts assistant, billing, or invoicing roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, or QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) for data analysis
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment
