Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including data entry and invoice verification.
- Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure general ledger integrity.
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing schedules and financial reports.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation for audit readiness.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., LCCI or CAT).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or SAP) and MS Office suite (specifically Excel).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Able to commit to a permanent, 5-day work week schedule starting at 8:00 AM.
