Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Manage office administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and office supply procurement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of expense claims and invoices.
- Provide support for audit preparation and year-end closing activities.
- Handle general front-desk reception duties, including managing incoming calls and visitor inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
