In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate data processing, streamlined documentation, and efficient management of our accounts payable and receivable cycles.
The ideal candidate will be a numbers-driven individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative financial tasks, working closely with the management team to provide timely reports and maintain organized filing systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely accounting data entry into the company's financial systems.
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including filing, scanning, and printing of financial records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Prepare basic monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with internal auditing standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or payment inquiries.
- Support the finance department in month-end closing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
