MFP Cloud Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant or Executive to join our growing finance team. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including data entry and record maintenance.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, trial balances, and year-end reports.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end tax computations and compliance with LHDN requirements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Assist in internal and external audits as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Executive role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian tax regulations, GST, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
