As an Accounts Assistant / Executive (AP/AR/Full Set), you will take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes. Over time, you will gain valuable experience handling the full set of accounts. Your key responsibilities will include processing a high volume of invoices accurately, managing payment cycles, performing meticulous bank reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing activities, and supporting GST submissions. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger functions.
- Process high volumes of invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Assist in GST preparation and submissions, ensuring compliance with IRAS regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audit exercises.
- Monitor cash flow, aging reports, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in AP, AR, or Full Set accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) is a must.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) is an added advantage.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
