TS Food Industry is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant, Executive, or Senior Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions specifically for our Singapore-based entities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP), including verification of invoices, processing payments, and reconciling supplier statements for Singapore entities.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including preparing customer invoices, monitoring aging reports, and conducting collection follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations for Singapore and Malaysia accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, GST/VAT filings, and management accounts.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and electronic records to ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in AP/AR or general accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle communication professionally.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Prior experience handling Singapore entities or multi-currency accounting is highly advantageous.
