Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including timely payment processing and receipt reconciliation.
  • Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and closing activities.
  • Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Support the finance department with data entry and administrative tasks as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (LCCI or equivalent certifications are highly regarded).
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounts assistant or administrative finance role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict financial deadlines.
