Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions for hotel operations
- Process payroll and vendor invoices with strict adherence to financial policies
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget forecasting
- Maintain accurate guest billing records and resolve payment discrepancies
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and hotel accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel accounting or hospitality finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle Hospitality, Opera) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment
