We provide comprehensive training in Serdang and Kulim (2-3 months) with full allowance and accommodation support, allowing you to master the intricacies of jewellery accounting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records for jewellery products
- Oversee gold stock inventory tracking and reconciliation processes
- Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Conduct regular audits of jewellery stock and sales data
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the jewellery division
- Collaborate with sales team to reconcile sales commissions and incentives
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in retail or jewellery industry preferred
