We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial operations.

You will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with precision, processing invoices accurately, and maintaining daily financial records that contribute to our business success. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain daily financial records for the company
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed
- Assist in bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable functions
- Support the finance team in preparing financial documents and reports
- Maintain organized filing systems for all accounting documents
- Assist with month-end closing activities and general ledger entries
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any accounting-related queries
Kualifikasi
- SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior internship or work experience in an accounting role is an advantage
