Tanggung Jawab
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and promptly.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial databases.
- Prepare general ledger entries and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Support senior accountants in financial reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding accounting matters.
- Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB) is a plus.
- Strong numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
