Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting and reconciliation activities
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for financial planning
- Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Prepare financial documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards and tax regulations
