You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of payables, from invoice verification to reconciliation and payment scheduling. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including verification, recording, and processing of vendor invoices.
- Perform regular reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and process timely payments via online banking or cheque, ensuring all approval protocols are met.
- Handle staff claims and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company expense policies.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the accounting system for all transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts payable or general accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or Microsoft Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data with precision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger entries.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
