We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely statutory submissions.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing and payment queries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or tech environment.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work setting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
