Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting processes for multiple clients using QuickBooks, Xero, and AutoCount software
- Execute timely monthly and yearly financial closing procedures with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger entries
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles to ensure optimal cash flow
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls to maintain data integrity and prevent discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full-set accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and AutoCount accounting software
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
