Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment posting to ensure timely collections.
- Monitor and reconcile outstanding customer accounts, aging schedules, and bad debts to minimize financial risk.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the company’s accounting software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Conduct regular reviews of accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
