Tanggung Jawab
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests accurately and promptly.
- Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry into accounting systems.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required.
- Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and year-end audits.
- Maintain organized and accessible financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in an Accounts Clerk or similar accounting support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, QuickBooks, SAP Business One) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
