Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in data entry of financial transactions into the accounting software.
- Prepare payment vouchers and ensure all supporting documents are verified.
- Monitor and track branch expenses against the approved budget.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- File financial documents and maintain an organized record-keeping system.
- Support the finance team during month-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail accounting is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Integrity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility toward confidential data.
- Willingness to work based on retail operation schedules.
