Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily accounting records and financial documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry for invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable tasks in a timely manner.
- Reconcile branch transactions and ensure all financial discrepancies are reported and resolved.
- Maintain systematic filing of all financial and accounting documents for audit readiness.
- Support the finance department in monthly closing activities and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate tracking of branch expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
