Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions and vouchers with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update account ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform daily data entry into the accounting system to ensure records are current.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statement reconciliations.
- Manage filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other essential financial documentation.
- Support the branch manager in monitoring operational petty cash and stock-related audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
- Prior experience in a retail or warehouse accounting environment is an added advantage.
