Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Handle data entry of accounts payable and receivable transactions with high precision.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify daily sales records from the retail floor.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems in compliance with company policy.
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Support the finance department during month-end closing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of an SPM, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
